Family Office Accelerator
Build a Family Office Your Grandchildren Will Still Rely On.
The Acuere Family Office Accelerator helps families and professionals who have built real wealth decide what it is for, how it should be managed, and who makes the calls, before those questions get harder to answer.

Why We Built This
For Most Families, the Money Shows Up Well Before the Plan Does.
It might come from selling a business, building a medical practice, or an inheritance. After that, the big decisions tend to get made one at a time, often before the family has agreed on where things are headed.
Acuere Capital Partners is Dr. Dipesh Sitaram's private family office. We invest in healthcare, hospitality, real estate, energy, and private credit, and we make those decisions with the next generation in mind. The Accelerator shares what we've learned setting up and running our own office, mistakes included, so you can get yours off the ground sooner and skip a few of the costly ones.

What You'll Build
What You'll Build
Over 12 weeks, you'll work through five areas and come out with an operating model you can actually use. Each module ends with a working document your family keeps.
01Weeks 1-2Purpose and Values
Decide what the money is for and what your family wants to stand for. Every decision after this gets measured against it.
You Leave With:
A family mission and values statement
02Weeks 3-4Structure and Governance
Work out how the office is set up, who has a say in which decisions, and how the family stays on the same page.
You Leave With:
A family governance charter and decision-rights framework
03Weeks 5-7Investment Strategy
Put together an allocation approach, get clear on how much risk you are comfortable with, and build a process for vetting opportunities.
You Leave With:
A draft investment policy statement
04Weeks 8-10Operations and Team
Figure out which people, advisors, and systems you need, including technology and reporting tools, what they will cost, and what to handle in-house versus hand off.
You Leave With:
A staffing plan, advisor roster, and operating budget
05Weeks 11-12Legacy and Succession
Get the next generation ready, plan for the handoffs ahead, and connect the family's wealth to the causes it cares about.
You Leave With:
A succession plan and philanthropic framework
What Makes It Different
What Makes It Different
Taught by People Who Run One.
Everything in the program comes from operating our own family office and investing across real asset classes.
We Start with Purpose.
A family office set up without a clear reason behind it tends to drift over time, so that is where we begin.
You Leave with Real Work Done.
By the end, you will have made actual decisions and drafted the documents to back them up: a mission statement, a governance charter, an investment policy statement, an operating plan, and a succession plan.
A Private Peer Group.
You will work alongside families wrestling with the same questions you are.

Who Leads the Program
Dr. Dipesh Sitaram
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Acuere Capital Partners
Dr. Sitaram founded Acuere Capital Partners as his family's private office, investing across healthcare, hospitality, real estate, energy, and private credit. He brings the family office principal's perspective to every decision. Dipesh sits on the same side of the table as the family offices Acuere partners with—sharing their concerns, their reporting standards, and their need for genuine alignment between sponsor and capital. The questions he asks of our acquisitions, our structures, and our reporting are the questions any of our family office partners would ask if they had the bandwidth to ask them themselves.
